Miell Group turns 10 - a decade of building shared expertise into a group of companies

A lot can change in ten years. New companies can emerge, new markets can open up, new sites can be built, and opportunities that once seemed distant can become reality. In 2026, Miell Group celebrates its 10th anniversary. But our story did not begin in 2016.

The group is ten years old. The story goes back further.

The roots of Miell Group go back to 2009, when BotiTeam Kft. was founded. Two years later, in 2011, Miell Quality Kft. was established and secured its first assignment that same year.

In the years that followed, opportunities, locations and professional capabilities continued to expand. 2016 marked a true turning point: Miell Quality established its Slovakian company, Miell Metal was launched, Miell Jobline was founded, and the group-level structure we now know as Miell Group began to take shape.

“At the beginning, we did not have a group of this scale in mind. We simply focused on how to solve the task in front of us well, how to become a more reliable partner, and what the next step should be. Looking back, those individual steps eventually became what we now call Miell Group.”

Ten years of defining milestones

The years that followed brought new markets as well as new fields of expertise.

In 2017, expansion into Romania and the Opel Szentgotthárd project marked another important step. In 2018, the addition of TEKT Kft. strengthened the Group’s training and professional expertise, followed in 2019 by MPS – Multi Partner Solutions Kft., which further expanded Miell Group’s manufacturing and technical capabilities.

In the following years, Miell Quality established a presence in France, Germany and later Poland, while new projects and developments also continued in Hungary. In 2021, the foundation of Miell GreenLife turned sustainability into a dedicated business direction. In 2024, further milestones included the launch of the Miell Horizon brand, the expansion of manufacturing capacity in Balogunyom, and the merger of Miell Metal and MPS.

Multiple companies, shared expertise

One of the most important achievements of the past decade is that several fields that may initially appear unrelated now come together within Miell Group.

Miell Quality remains a key player in quality services, supporting industrial partners through inspection, rework, audits, consulting and metrology solutions.

TEKT strengthens the Group’s training and professional knowledge, while MPS – Machining Production Systems provides expertise in industrial automation, special-purpose machinery, metalworking and customised manufacturing solutions.

One of the earliest chapters in our story, BotiTeam, contributes through international transportation and logistics. Miell Horizon brings together human resources and expert solutions, while Miell Green represents another direction through sustainable products and solutions based on recycling and the circular economy.

A quality inspection project, the design of a new special-purpose machine, a professional training programme, organising a shipment or finding a new employee may initially seem like completely different tasks.

In reality, however, they are often different challenges faced by the same partner, the same factory or the same production process.

Perhaps this best illustrates what operating as a group of companies means today.

Instead of simply asking which of our services a partner needs, we can ask a much more important question:

What problem would you like to solve?

Behind every milestone are people

It is easy to tell the story of a company through dates, countries, locations and projects. But ultimately, these are not what drive development.

People do.

The people who work across the Group every day.

Those who launch new projects, find solutions to urgent customer challenges, train new colleagues, design machinery, inspect quality, organise transportation, deliver professional training or build entirely new business areas.

Miell Group’s story also includes many colleagues and leaders who have been part of this journey for many years.

The next ten years

An anniversary is a good opportunity to look back at what has already been achieved. But it is equally important to look ahead.

One of Miell Group’s greatest opportunities for the next chapter lies in connecting the knowledge accumulated across its different companies even more closely. The objective is not simply growth, but the continued development of an integrated industrial service model capable of addressing increasingly complex challenges.

According to Norbert László, Group Director of Miell Group, this shared expertise also represents one of the greatest opportunities for the years ahead.

Ten years – and the next chapter is just beginning

BotiTeam was launched in 2009. Miell Quality was established in 2011. Miell Group was formed in 2016.

Since then, new companies, new capabilities, new countries and new opportunities have become part of the story.

A great deal has changed, but one thing has remained constant throughout: there is always another challenge waiting for a solution.

That is why we do not see our tenth anniversary as a conclusion, but as a milestone. A point from which we can look back at what we have built together while also looking forward to everything that still lies ahead.
