Corporate communication in the industrial sector is no longer simply about presenting services. Competition for attention is also increasing in the B2B market, making it more important than ever for companies to communicate their expertise, values, people and competitive strengths clearly.

As Miell Group continues to grow, the role of marketing is evolving with it. From 1 September 2026, the next stage of this development will be led by Kovács Dávid as Head of Marketing and PR.

In-depth knowledge of the brand and the industry

Dávid is not new to the world of Miell Group. Over the past eight years, he has actively contributed to the marketing communication of Miell Quality and other companies within the Group. As a result, he has developed a thorough understanding not only of the brand, but also of its business environment, services, partners and the specific characteristics of the industrial market.

His work has covered employer branding, social media, brand development, content marketing, internal and external communication, as well as marketing support for sales.

This experience is particularly valuable within a group where communication must understand the language of quality management, manufacturing, HR, training, logistics and sustainability, and bring these diverse areas together under one consistent and recognizable brand.

The appointment therefore does not mark the beginning of a new professional journey, but the next stage of one that is already well underway.

A fresh perspective supported by business thinking

One of the defining elements of Dávid’s professional approach is his understanding of changing communication habits and the way different generations consume media.

Social media, video content, AI-powered solutions and new communication formats are a natural part of this approach, but they are not goals in themselves. The priority is to ensure that every new tool and format is supported by clear business and communication objectives.

“For me, marketing is not about becoming louder. It is about becoming more relevant. For an industrial service provider, it is especially important to make expertise understandable, performance visible and the brand more human. My goal is for Miell Group’s communication to reflect the same dynamism and capacity for development that characterize the Group itself.”

Kovács Dávid, Head of Marketing and PR at Miell Group

A fresh perspective therefore means more than adopting new platforms. It also requires openness to experimentation, data-driven decision-making and formats that can bring a traditionally B2B organization closer to its target audiences.

Measurable results in brand building

The results of this approach have already become visible. Miell’s employer branding initiative received a Diamond Award at the Hungarian Marketing Association’s Digital Forum Awards, with Kovács Dávid actively contributing as a member of the project team.

The recognition reflects the direction that will continue to shape Miell Group’s marketing activities: creating communication that is not only creative and engaging, but also supports genuine corporate objectives.

Strong brands are built by strong teams

One of the key priorities of Dávid’s new leadership role will be the continued development of the marketing and PR team.

The team brings together colleagues with different professional skills, perspectives and individual strengths. The aim is to create a collaborative environment where creativity, strategic thinking, visual communication, content creation, digital marketing and commercial awareness reinforce one another.

As a leader, Dávid believes in a team where people do not all have to think alike and where good ideas are not defined by job titles. Knowledge sharing, continuous learning, experimentation and the conscious use of new technologies will all play an important role in the team’s work.

Because every strong brand is supported by a strong professional team.

One brand, multiple countries, a shared direction

Miell Group now supports its partners across several service areas and multiple European countries. This development also creates new opportunities from a communication perspective.

One of the key objectives for the coming period is to make the shared brand behind the Group’s different companies, services, professional fields and countries even more visible:

Miell Group. Your Integrated Solution Partner.

Marketing will therefore focus on more than increasing visibility. Priorities will include strategic brand building, a stronger PR presence, consistent employer branding, data-driven digital marketing, expert content and communication that directly supports sales.

The goal is to continue building a Miell Group brand that is professionally credible to industrial decision-makers, attractive to current and future employees, and capable of presenting the people, expertise and stories behind the Group’s achievements.

A new chapter begins on 1 September 2026 - combining fresh thinking, established industry experience and a strong professional team.
